What can I expect at my first session?
At a first session I will ask you to fill up a health questionnaire, sign terms of services agreement as well as medical consent form. I will ask about your goals, lifestyle and obstacles that stop you from achieving your goals. Also, I will do some body assessments and test your fitness level. Finally, we will discuss the best times to meet, means of contact and create a plan of how to achieve your goals.
How long is a session?
I provide a full 1 hour session. 50 minutes would be devoted to exercising and the rest of the time we will discuss what we will do next session.
How can I contact you?
By any means you would like. Phone, e-mail, facebook. I will always pick up the phone and try to respond as soon as possible by e-mail/facebook. If you have any questions or need additional motivation, I am here for you.
What can you help me with?
I can help you to lose weight, tone your mucles, increase your flexibility. Also, if you have trouble spots, I can help you with those. I myself lost 2 inches off my butt and about 4 off my legs, about 1 inch off my waistline after exercising regularly and following proper diet. Finally, I’m here for you and I can work with different equipment and modify exercises or nutrition guidelines for you based on your preference and capabilities.
Are you certified?
Yes, I’m an ISSA certified and I have my AED/CPR card.
What if I don’t like going to a gym (or don’t have a gym membership)?
I can drive to your home or I can train you in a gym near my home (admission for a customer is free). It is a little gym, but has everything necessary for training.
If it is necessary to go to the gym to get great results?
No. Almost all exercises can be modified and done with no equipment or just bare minimum one (dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, benches, medicine balls, step, jump rope, kettleballs).
Would you provide me with a meal plan in addition to a workout plan?
I can not make mealplans, because I’m not certified in nutrition. However, I can provide you all necessary diet guidelenes to help you make right choices. Also, I can provide you with many valuable fitness and diet tips, as well as tips of how to easy, gradually and painlessly change your lifestyle so you can achieve your goals and maintain the results.
What if I have troubles keeping a diet?
It's not a problem! I do not believe in fast changes, losing weight in 10 days and stuff like that. I believe in a lifestyle change and sustainable results. There is no point in following a strict diet for a month and then gain all the weight back by overeating. I will teach you how to work around holidays, stress eating, just plain temptations stuff and plain overeating. Also, my goal is not just to show you how to exercise properly, but make sure that you can continue exercising on a regular basis.
